Clinical studies have used 900 mcg (0.9 mg) to 1800 mcg (1.8 mg) subcutaneously 2–3 times per week. The approved Zadaxin dose is 1.6 mg twice weekly for 6 months in hepatitis B protocols.
Storage
Lyophilized vials stable at 2–8°C. Refrigerate reconstituted solution and use within 8 hours per manufacturer guidance; some research protocols allow up to 24 hours.
