Researched benefits of TB-500
- Accelerated wound and soft-tissue repair in animal studies
- Improved muscle and tendon flexibility post-injury
- Cardiac repair signaling in rodent ischemia models
- Hair-follicle stem-cell migration in preclinical work
How TB-500 produces these effects
TB-500 binds and sequesters G-actin, regulating cytoskeletal dynamics that govern cell migration and differentiation. This is thought to support angiogenesis, keratinocyte migration, and the recruitment of stem cells to injured sites.
What TB-500 is not studied for
It is important to distinguish researched effects from extrapolations. Most TB-500 data comes from cell and animal models. Human use is typically observational. TB-500 is not a replacement for medical care or a prescription medication unless specifically indicated.
Side effects & limitations
- Lightheadedness shortly after injection
- Mild lethargy during the first week
- Injection-site sensitivity
